The combination of our secret herbs and spices has passed down to us for generations. Braised food is also called “Lu Wei” in Taiwan which has been a popular street food among the people of Taiwan.
There are different forms of Lu Wei. The flavours can be strong and salty or it can be lite with a touch of aroma from the herbs. It can be served cold or hot depends on the type of Lu Wei people sell.
Our products can be served cold or heated. It’s good as a cold dish in the summer time. Or we can heat it in our braised stock for you to enjoy in the winter time.
